Complete the WBCVS Submittal Package:

  1. Complete and Submit the Order/Transmittal Sheet
  2. Complete all sections of the WBCVS Disclaimer.
  3. Submit the two forms, with an electronic set of your house or addition plans – including floor plans, elevations of each side and cross sections (PDF).

$200 For small additions or garages (single-story structures)
$300 For single-story homes
$400 For two-story homes (a walk/look-out with one story above is a two-story home)
$500 For three-story homes (a walk/look-out with 2 stories above is a three-story home)

Our turnaround time is 2 – 5 business days

WBCVS will deliver an analysis of your proposed building plans and provide wall bracing plans and worksheets that will meet code requirements if your customer’s design requirements preclude a code compliant design.  Without engineering, we will contact you to discuss alternate design options.

WBCVS will provide a full set of wall bracing plans detailing all brace wall lines and brace wall panel construction that meets the minimum requirements of the Minnesota State Residential Building Code.

We will serve as your advocate for your wall bracing design with the local Building Official if there are questions or concerns.
